We offer exchanges immediately when receiving the items from the courier at your doorstep only. You may try on your items as the courier awaits for 5-10 minutes. Bambie wishes you to be content with your purchase, however, if you wish to exchange your items or order a different size, you may give the courier the items back with paying only the shipping fees and send your request to Bambie’s website or instagram page.

No refunds unless the items have any damage of any sort.

We are pleased to offer you shipping on your orders all over Egypt. Shipping time is usually 5-7 Days.
Kindly note that shipping time may exceed 7 days depending on the location.
Please be aware that shipping rates may vary from one location to another.
* Cairo: 85 Egyptian Pounds
* Alexandria: 40 Egyptian Pounds 
Shipping rates may exceed 75 Egyptian Pounds in different governorates.

*Note:
In case you have not been at the location you added for delivery, you will be responsible for the whole shipping and products fees.
